Lately, we are getting many request for blushers. Traditionally, blushers were worn for more formal weddings, had religious ties and purposes, and were seen as, well... traditional. When most brides think of blushers they think of a piece of tulle covering their glowing faces, obstructing their vision, being 'in the way'. But, blushers are back! Most recently we saw the fabulous Kate Middleton dawning the traditional 28-31 inch blusher along with her cathedral veil.
A blusher doesn't have to have a traditional vibe to it. For a more vintage feel, try a blusher that is made with the Russian tulle, like Reece Witherspoon's look in Sweet Home Alabama. This blusher comes just to the chin and takes more of the form of a cage veil.
Similarly, Jessica Alba does a cage style blusher that hits her just below her eyes, PLUS the cathedral length veil, a fun combination.
